Tim de Leede
Netherlands' former captain, he has represented Northamptonshire, Sussex and Surrey second elevens, and featured in every World Cup game his country has played. Born in Holland, he was a talented allrounder who usually bated in the middle order and was known as an extremely hard hitter. It was his bowling which most stood out, particularly his Man-of-the-Match performance against India in the 2003 World Cup in Paarl where his 4 for 35 included the prize wicket of Sachin Tendulkar.
